End is coming
End is coming, and – hopefully – not just the end of a year, but also the end of a tough stage.
A stage in which we have had to adapt, to reinvent ourselves and the way we work. A stage were we have been able to learn, to focus on what really matters and to rethink about everything we do.
As we promiss with our first newsletter, we want to be closer to our team – and you are an important part of it. So, let us tell you some things from this last months…

End of Fiscal Year & Strategy
As we said at the beginning of the newsletter, we are also at the end of fiscal year.
We have a month ahead of us to reach it. December, wich is the stronger month of the year, where many projects are decided, where many remnants of budgets wants to be spent. We expect a month of hard work, but so far the figures have been very good and every month we are exceeding the objectives set.
We reach this time of the year very happy with our team-work.
Also, we are developing Sales and Commercial, Corporate Alliances, and Marketing plans, and we hope to be able to share the most important points in early 2022.
And why not, maybe we can celebrate together!
Our TEAM and COVID
Since March 2020, most of our staff stills teleworking. Our colleagues from the Logistics and Services Area have followed without suspending their activities at the offices, since many of our clients are essential services and our commitment is also to be where they need us.
We have found an hybrid model that allows us to maintain the benefits of teleworking, without losing human contact and the need to team up. This turns into happy employees who can find a balance between work and personal life, but also – speaking of business – it turns into efficiency, good results and hard work.
