The rise of technology in controlled environments
Measuring particle concentration in a controlled environment is especially useful in applications such as clean rooms, filtration facilities in operating rooms, packaging facilities in the pharmaceutical industry, etc.
This type of enclosed spaces must maintain specific environmental parameters strictly controlled to avoid alterations above a narrow margin. Thus, issues such as environmental temperature and humidity, upstream air pressure and flow, absence of electromagnetic interference and, of course, the contamination particles present on site are controlled: both those released from the elements used (inorganic) and microbiological (inert organic and viable organic).
