Integrated Management System
The Integrated Management Policy (Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety) of the ALAVA GROUP is defined by the General Management and is the logical consequence of the principles that have presided over its way of being and acting from the moment of its creation.

The Quality Policy of the ALAVA GROUP, in the framework of the
- Marketing, Sale, Installation, Maintenance and Integration of electronic and electromechanical equipment for the measurement, recording, analysis, calibration and simulation of physical and electrical parameters, information capture and analysis systems (Alava Ingenieros S.A.).

❖ To implement and develop a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 standard, covering all the activities of ALAVA INGENIEROS SEGURIDAD, SLU Y TECNICAS PREDICTIVAS E INSTRUMENTACIÓN, S.L.
❖ To comply with all current legislation, as well as specific environmental and occupational health and safety legislation, as well as other commitments to which the organization subscribes.
❖ Provide technical response to the client, facilitating the solution to their needs.
❖ To satisfy the expectations of our customers through the products supplied and service provided, based on agility of response and flexibility to their needs with a criterion of profitability for the company.
❖ To advise the customer throughout the life of the product.
❖ Establish processes capable of guaranteeing what is indicated in the previous point, in an environment of continuous improvement.
❖ Motivate the personal development of our employees, in the technical-professional, human and environmental fields, providing safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of injuries and health deterioration.
