1. Work planning:
  • The maintenance service will be arranged in accordance with the service operations route. You will be notified in advance about the date and time of the technical visit.
  • The promotion is only valid if all contracted equipment is serviced during the same visit. Make sure all equipment is ready for maintenance.
2. Breakdowns:
  • If there is any malfunction, it must be notified well in advance in order to evaluate its repair during the same visit or to prepare the necessary materials.
  • If the materials are not available during the planned schedule, the next available date will be scheduled. Alava is not responsible for any delays this may cause.
3. Emergencies:
  • If an urgent trip is required to resolve a breakdown before the planned date, this trip will be charged additionally.
