Spectroscopy

We cover a wide range of technologies encompassed within spectroscopy, such as Raman, fluorescence, ICP-OES, GD-OES, particle size and ellipsometry, among others.

Inert Atmosphere

When you need to have a controlled atmosphere, always below 1ppm in humidity and O2, an inert atmosphere system or a glove box can help you do it.

Nanofabrication

We offer solutions for physical deposition as well as for individual layers by ALD or PEALD. Even some less complex ones such as Spin Coating. We also have plasma assisted etching equipment, which allows to remove many of these deposited layers in order to create new devices.

Characterization

When surface measurements are needed, AFM technology allows physical measurements such as surface topography, electrical measurements, KPFM or fluorescence.
