On February 16 and 17 we have attended as visitors to Transfiere, the European Forum for Science, Technology and Innovation. It is the main R&D&I meeting in Southern Europe to share scientific and technological knowledge, promote innovation and connect science and business. Organized by the City Council of Malaga, the Andalusian Agency of Knowledge and the Ministry of Science and Innovation together with the CDTI with the executive management of FYCMA (Palacio de Ferias y Congresos de Málaga).

It has an extensive program of thematic panels and conferences in which leading experts from different sectors address issues such as the impact of artificial intelligence, digital transformation and industry 4.0, innovation in public administration, female leadership in the field of science and technology, investment and open innovation, the state of the art of Spanish research and public procurement of innovation, among others.

The precise place to share the main initiatives that are being carried out in terms of transfer and research at the international level, where the agents of the innovation ecosystem establish contact with potential partners, new strategic alliances and synergies arise. - Yago Sánchez, Director of Alliances.

New products, services and disruptive projects that talk about market trends and how to meet market demand are presented. It also presents spaces for networking, the launching of technological challenges and the presentation of prototypes, promoting opportunities for internationalization and financing, and specific calls for entrepreneurship and investment.
