We recently collaborated with one of the world's leading partners of automotive manufacturers, which develops complex systems and software solutions for measurement, error detection and machine vision systems.

With more than 30 years of history working in the automotive sector, this company has a broad portfolio with more than 250 different vision solutions in quality inspection systems, metrology, 3D robot guidance and part identification and multiple error proofing systems.

Its systems are installed all over the world, from Australia, Asia, the Middle East and Europe to the Americas. It works with companies such as Ford, Opel, Volvo, Nissan, Renault, among others.

His valuable knowledge of the automotive industry allows him to cover many different areas, from the engine plant, paint shop and body shop to final assembly.

They trust in Álava Ingenieros and decide to acquire a Basler camera to be used in the paint inspection tunnel. It is a high resolution camera capable of capturing several images per second, allowing them to detect the slightest flaw in the paintwork of the cars, no matter how fast they pass by.
