PROJECT OBJECTIVE
Solar plant to "power" 75,000 homes
Solar Reserve, a leader in solar energy, uses advanced storage technology at its Crescent Dunes project in Nevada, which supplies 75,000 homes.
To ensure a fully functional and customized system, sensors from various manufacturers were integrated, monitoring modules were supplied, system engineering and configuration, FAT and SAT testing, installation and wiring validation, user training and alarm setting were performed.

RESULTS AND ACHIEVEMENTS
Industrial automation
The great importance of these systems lies in their criticality for the correct operation of the plant, since an unexpected or catastrophic stop in the molten salt system can cause the solidification of molten salts in pipes and pumps.
The Solar Reserve project is the clean energy initiative in the United States with the most reliable and advanced on-demand (day and night) storage system in the industry, with no need for natural gas or oil backup.
