PROJECT OBJECTIVE
Regional quality system
The main objective of this project, part of the Regional Program to Support Quality and the Application of Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures in Central America (PRACAMS) and managed by the Secretariat for Central American Economic Integration (SIECA), was to strengthen the integration of the region's countries in quality systems and phytosanitary measures. This sought to facilitate regional and international access for Central American products and promote a harmonized and internationally recognized regional quality system through regional networks.

RESULTS AND ACHIEVEMENTS
International project
Metrology and testing equipment was put into operation in six Central American countries, accompanied by specialized training to maximize its use. This contract reinforced our international expansion, especially in Latin America, where we already had an office in Lima (Peru).
